There are a number of things currently on my IKEA shopping list and IKEA is currently offering a $20 gift card for every $200 spent, so it looks like we may be making a trip to IKEA tomorrow.

My shopping list includes:
- TUNDRA flooring in white to cover our mismatched boards until we have the time and funds to restore them properly (this is going to be a big and expensive job, likely to cost more than $10,000, as it will first involve taking up all the boards to deepen the underfloor cavity and installing an underfloor fan ventilation system). The cost of the temporary IKEA flooring (including underlays) is likely to be a little over $600.
- The IKEA PS cabinet in white for TV and entertainment storage. Our old TV storage cabinet was 2 metres long and way too big for our new living room, so I gave it to my grandmother.
- The above two big purchases will give me $80 in vouchers which is almost enough to buy all the little things: KVISSLE cable management box and box set, RIBBA picture ledge and STRÖMBY frame (for a giant Star Wars poster of Harry's).
- A few other bits and pieces, like felt floor protectors for our furniture and some under-sink storage solutions for the kitchen.
